What we collect and why

Project enquiries

When you send the Studio enquiry form, we keep your name, email address and, if you give them, your business name, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Legal basis: steps you asked us to take before a contract.

If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send new stories. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email by sending an e-mail to sofiando25@gmail.com. Legal basis: your consent.

Analytics

Only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are read, so we can improve the site. Google receives your IP address and browser details. We don't use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Legal basis: your consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email sofiando25@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
